- Alex turned a personal server into the Freedom Toaster prototype (v2.0)--> Burning ubuntu 8.04 works fine
- Tested burned ubuntu 8.04 by installing on new machine donated by Phyllis Gandy

- Modified software strings to match the WLHS IT club info instead of the Seneca info
- Added 'graphical improvments' (locale-independent images like a spinning CD while burning)
- Removed the little "X" cursor from the screen because a touchscreen with a cursor would look awkward and maybe confuse stupid people
- In process of adding a progress bar while burning to view progress at a glance
- So far the PyGTK documentation says it's easy but proves to be difficult
