Monday (12/18/12)

Agenda:

  • Be sure your team has completed the Team Project Google Doc
  • Work on your team design project!
  • Tips for teamwork
    • All team members understand the goals (i.e. tell each other what you're doing)
    • Progress checks and updates (nobody can read your mind!)
    • Your actions affect the team (i.e. you goof up, the team goofs up)
    • Work with each other and not against each other
    • Anything else?

Friday (12/14/12)

Agenda:

  • Team Design Project
    1. Form teams of 3-4
    2. Vote on your team's project manager
    3. Team Project Template
      1. Copy the Team Project Template to the project manager's Google Drive
      2. The project manager should then share the document with each of his/her team members
      3. Discuss the different game ideas that each of you have
      4. As a team, discuss and complete in specific detail each of the items on the template
      5. Be prepared to present your project planning document to Mr. Bui
      6. Share the document with Mr. Bui
    4. Begin working on your allocated duties

Wednesday (12/12/12)

Agenda:

  • If you have not already done so, complete the Portfolio Evaluations for 5 other students
  • For the rest of the quarter:
  • Game Design Ideas
    1. Bring up your "Favorite Games and Ideas" Google Doc
    2. Review it
    3. Create a new Google Doc named "Game Design Ideas"
    4. Using a bulleted list, begin writing the descriptions of what you would envision in your future game
    5. You may also include descriptions of characters or drawings
    6. Share the Google Doc with Mr. Bui
