IB Exam Procedures

From WLCS
  1. Students must arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the published start time.
  2. Students must enter the exam room in a quiet and orderly manner and look for their assigned seat.
  3. Bags, pocketbooks, and other belongings are not permitted in the exam room.
  4. No text books/note books/instruction books are to be brought into the exam room.
  5. No food or drink (other than water) are to be brought into the exam room.
  6. No cell phones or other electronic devices are to be brought into the exam room. If caught with a phone, the student will be dismissed from the room and the exam will be cancelled.
  7. Students should bring at least one pen, a pencil and a calculator if allowed.
  8. Students must write in either blue or black ink (except for multiple choice papers).
  9. Students should use pencils for multiple choice papers and pens for essays.
  10. All calculators should be cleared
  11. Students who have two exams on the same day are encouraged to bring their lunch so that they can eat in between the two exam sessions.
  12. Students who have an IB exam that conflicts with an AP exam will take their IB exam on the assigned day/time and will take their AP exam during the late testing period (May 17-19).
